Terms and Conditions for Purchasing Items

1. Introduction
Pawsitively Yours is an apparel and accessories brand dedicated to celebrating the joy and companionship of pets. This document outlines the terms and conditions that govern all purchases made through the Pawsitively Yours website, social media channels, or authorized retail partners.

2. Ordering and Payment
2.1 Placing Orders: Customers may place orders for Pawsitively Yours products through the company's website, social media channels, or authorized retail partners. All orders are subject to product availability and the terms outlined in this policy.

2.2 Payment Methods: Pawsitively Yours accepts payment via major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment methods. Payment is required at the time of ordering, and orders will not be processed until full payment has been received.

2.3 Pricing: All prices displayed on the Pawsitively Yours website, social media channels, or at authorized retail partners include applicable taxes and fees. Pawsitively Yours reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

2.4 Personalised Items: For personalisation, there is an additional £5 charge per new creation. This is to go towards my time for editing and creating the new images and products that you would like. ​

3. Shipping and Delivery
3.1 Shipping Options: Pawsitively Yours offers free shipping. Shipping rates and delivery timelines are provided during the checkout process and are subject to change.

3.2 Delivery Timeframes: Pawsitively Yours will make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes provided at the time of purchase. However, delivery times may vary depending on factors such as order volume, stock availability, and delivery location.

 

3.3 Shipping Delays: Pawsitively Yours is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers. Customers will be notified of any significant delays, and Pawsitively Yours will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

4. Returns
4.1 Return Policy: As I order each item through a print-on-demand company, orders are uniquely created and produced only once ordered. This means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. There is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with me through my Contact us page or email me at pawsitively.yours1@gmail.com and provide a clear photo of the received product laid on a flat surface in which the design and the issue are clearly visible in a single frame.

Please note that a free reprint is not offered in these cases:

  • Lost orders with an incorrect delivery address provided by your customer

  • Products that were received as requested; however, your customer wishes to have another size/color instead

  • Garments with a minor size deviation from the size guide measurements (below 1")

In case the package has been lost, the first thing to do is to check whether the submitted address is 100% accurate. Even a single missing letter or number can cause a delivery failure. If the address is correct, please make sure to contact the local post office. Occasionally, we see that upon arriving at the destination city, the package is stored at the local post office and the recipient has to collect the package from there.

After both of these steps have been completed, please let me know.  A further investigation will occur and offer a free reprint if we determine that there was no error on your part. In case an order is being returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can provide the option of either a reprint with an additional charge or a partial refund.

4.2 Bad Odour: Please note that a faint odour is a natural occurrence in the direct-to-garment (DTG) printing industry. Typically, the odour will disappear after the first wash. No returns or refunds will be given for Bad odour.

4.3 Refunds: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, minus any applicable shipping and handling fees. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.

5. Customer Support

5.2 Feedback and Complaints: Pawsitively Yours welcomes feedback from customers and will address any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership: All designs, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with Pawsitively Yours are the sole property of the company and are protected by applicable laws.

6.2 Unauthorized Use: Customers are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Pawsitively Yours' intellectual property without the company's express written consent.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes arising from it will be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
